You’ve probably heard of many platforms for creating AR projects?
Using these platforms requires some prior knowledge, which creates difficulties for users. They are often slow, and most require you to have their apps installed to use them. The prices are really high, and once your monthly or annual subscription expires, the AR link is no longer functional, which requires huge costs just to keep the project active.

The Augmentix platform is the simplest on the market and also cheaper than others. No program downloads are needed to create AR on your PC, no app needs to be installed on your phone, you don’t need knowledge of any programming language, and you don’t have to wear glasses or worry about your eye health. All the projects you create are yours; for each project, you get a link and a QR code. The projects are shareable, and all you need is a mobile phone or PC and an internet connection.

Why without a mobile app?

Just imagine that every time you want to send something interesting to someone, you have to say: "Hey, first download this app, and then take a look." And you have to do this every time. How many of them would actually do it? Maybe 5 out of 10? Three? Two? None? That’s why we use QR codes—they are easy to scan with any phone and simple to share.

How without coding?

You don’t need any coding skills. Just choose the project you want to create, and follow simple steps to upload your data, such as images, videos, or 3D objects. The entire coding process will be done automatically on the platform. All you need to do is fill out the form and submit it.

Which mobile phone do I need?

For scanning AR markers, you can use any mobile phone capable of reading QR codes. Of course, the newer the mobile phone, the better the image quality, and the augmentation is more precise.

How without AR glasses?

To enjoy augmented reality, it’s not always necessary to have AR glasses. On the other hand, they are expensive for most people, and the cost deprives many of the opportunity to enjoy AR. That’s why we’ve made it possible for our clients to simply scan any AR marker using a QR code and share it with their friends and others with just one click. All they need is a mobile phone, without the need for expensive devices.

Where did the idea for this platform come from?

I have been working on creating augmented reality (AR) projects for a long time, which required the use of specific software and applications to utilize those projects.

During the development of these projects, I frequently encountered user questions, the most common ones being: "Could I create an AR project? What do I need for that? And how can I share this project with friends?"

I knew this was challenging because users had to rely on certain tools for creating AR projects that were either:
1. Simple to use but too expensive, or
2. Complicated to use but slightly cheaper than the first option.

Moreover, for sharing these projects, it was always necessary to download some application to fully experience the AR content.

My goal is to introduce an increasing number of people to augmented reality and teach them how to create AR projects on their own. That's why I decided to create a platform where users can create their own AR projects without the need for applications or programming—simply online, with instant sharing of the project, all accessible even from your mobile phone.
